I welcome you on this unusually unspringlike and sleepy day. A Sunday. A day which, despite its gloomy aura, is a happy one. I overslept. I don’t feel like doing anything. Every part of my body refuses to cooperate.
No matter.
I got up without thinking. Push-ups, squats, calendar – and off I go! The day changed in the blink of an eye. It’s still gloomy in essence, but so different in perception. I see it differently. I’ve gained energy and drive. I smiled to myself. Why? Because I have tasks. I have goals. I have many things to do and accomplish. In my case, there’s no room for excuses. I overslept? Too bad – I must be twice as fast! Don’t feel like getting up? The blog won’t write itself, and the rolls at work won’t bake on their own. My tasks overwhelm me? I slightly lower (I stress: slightly) the threshold and complete 75%. Better than nothing. Better than lying down and wringing my hands over my fate.
I stimulate myself. I get up. I take from this gloomy day with both hands!
I give thanks for what I have and for what awaits me. With all my strength.
I take with both hands and make sure the sand doesn’t slip through my fingers.
Straight ahead. A straight path and simple solutions build a new day!
Yes. That’s the introduction, which will also serve as the conclusion. I need to set the dough for the rolls. A very simple recipe – like everything I do.
But I would like to summarise the week of my blogs and my greatest success:
I HAVE REACHED MY FIRST GOAL.
If I could do it – anyone can. Not because I’m especially slow or weak, but because I’m an ordinary person. I’m only now beginning to become extraordinary and great – to prove that anyone can. Without exception! Start with me and DailyInspire. There’s no time to waste.

This is already the seventh review of my transformation with DailyInspire, the HMF method, and the rule of 1% daily. It’s amazing how time flies. Two months... Two months of change. And it’s only the beginning.
