Key takeaways: The DailyInspire Planner is an undated year on paper: one page a day, five tasks across H, M and F, and the line "today = yesterday × 1.01". It holds the year when the week gets loud. You can order from next week. Until then, join the waitlist.

One percent is not a mood. It is the smallest unit you can still count today.

Kacper, DailyInspire. That line is printed on the 1% page inside the planner.

Your year lives in five apps and in a head that remembers everything at night and nothing in the morning. That is not a character flaw. That is a system without a page.

The planner is that page. One per day. Not a motivation book you read once and park on a shelf.

What is the DailyInspire Planner?

An undated A5 planner for a full year, 448 pages. You start on the day you start, and you write the date yourself. There are no empty weeks at the front, because the calendar was not sitting there since January waiting for you.

Inside: 365 day pages, 53 week pages, 12 month pages, four habit pages and five levels of goals, from today's step through one month, two to three months and one year up to the big goal in two to ten years. The method behind it is HMF: health, motivation, foundation. The rules are printed at the front of the book and on the site.

How does one page help when the day is already full?

It forces the day onto one number and five lines. Every day page has the field "1% better": today is yesterday times 1.01, in health, motivation or foundation. Next to it, five tasks, each marked H, M or F. You split one of them into micro-tasks, small enough for a bad morning.

What you leave undone goes on the red card. Catch up or cross it out. Both are decisions. Leaving it without a sentence is just forgetting with a clean conscience.

The week has one theme, not seven. On review day you check the red card. Every 90 days a new habit arrives: name, cue, smallest form. Four a year. Not a new life every month.

Why undated, and why paper?

Undated, because a start in March otherwise produces eleven empty weeks and you shelve the book as a failure. Paper, because the line "today = yesterday × 1.01" on a screen is the next tab. In the book it stays until you fill it in or leave it blank. You can see a blank. An empty tab disappears.

The arithmetic is spelled out on the 1% rule page. The planner does not turn it into a chapter. It turns it into the field you see every day.

When can you order it?

From next week. Until then the page is a waitlist, not a checkout. Sign up and you hear when ordering opens. The first 100 confirmed sign-ups get their name engraved on the flap for free.

If you will not wait for the book before you start: the same page has a PDF with 14 days in the planner's layout. Print it, fill in day 1, today. The planner is the year. The method starts on a sheet.

Common questions

Do I already need to know the HMF method?

No. The four rules are at the front of the planner. Health, motivation and foundation are marked as letters on every day page. You learn the method by writing it down, not by memorising it first.

What if I skip a day?

You write it on the red card and catch it up on review day, or you cross it out. An empty day without a sentence is not a rest. It is a hole you never explained to yourself.

Do I need the planner to start tomorrow?

No. The 14-day PDF on the planner page is enough to begin. The planner is the container for the year, not the permission for day one.

What does the waitlist do?

You get the message when ordering opens next week. The first 100 confirmed sign-ups get the engraving free. Without the click in the confirmation email, nothing happens.

Your task for today

One sign-up. Not a mood board of your future self.

  1. List: Open the planner page and enter your address. Confirm the email.
  2. Day 1: Download the 14-day PDF and fill in one page. One unit, one starting amount, five tasks, one marked H, one M, one F.
  3. Red card: What you do not finish today, you write in one sentence. Catch up or cross out.
  4. Evening: One line. Signed up or not. The list does not remember you on its own.

The book is coming. The day is already here. Waiting for the book before you write a line is waiting for a piece of furniture.

You can order from next week. Today you join the waitlist and fill in day 1 on the printout.
