"It is not appearance that makes a person, but what they carry in their heart."

The hardest part is coming back, but on 1 May I’m starting the game again. Sharper than ever. Classier than ever.

"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." – Nelson Mandela

Comeback. A word that sounds simple in theory but becomes one of the toughest challenges in practice. Psychology is crystal clear: our brains love habits, but not necessarily the good ones – they crave the comfortable ones. Every pause, every moment of stagnation builds a new pattern that wraps around us like an invisible net. That’s why starting over isn’t the real challenge. The real challenge is coming back.

And I admit it fully and consciously: I gave in. The holidays were beautiful, but they left a price – the price of disrupted discipline. Physically, I came back long ago, but mentally, I was still wandering, making excuses, postponing the inevitable.

Now, though, the line is drawn.

On 1 May, I’m starting the game again. But this time with more precision, with deeper respect for my values and goals. I must return to my roots. To what really works – because true strength doesn’t lie in complex systems, but in the consistency of simple actions.

What does that mean in practice?

At least one hour a day dedicated to online projects – no matter the circumstances. It doesn’t matter whether the day is light or crammed with other work. Physical exercise becomes non-negotiable. Church? A fixed point – not as a checkbox, but as the foundation of my inner balance. Diet and supplementation? No longer experiments – solid habits that, thankfully, have held firm even through the tougher times.

Yes, I postponed my goals by a month. But that’s not failure – it’s a strategic reset. Goal psychology teaches us clearly: the date isn’t everything. What matters is endurance and the ability to adapt. My plan is still alive, my vision intact.

This is all classic. Classic at its best, because true power lies in simplicity. And that’s why I’m starting with the basics. The fundamentals that never let you down.

Now the question is: are you ready for your own comeback?

Because I am.

Motto: "A winner is just a loser who kept trying."
