"A smile is the shortest path to people's hearts." – Henry Saka

Aloha kakahiaka!

As the Native Hawaiians say: E hoʻomaka kākou!Let’s begin together.
What a beautiful culture that emphasizes the spirit of community. This sense of togetherness is incredibly important in Hawaiian culture, but if you think about it deeply – practically every culture and religion is built on community as its foundation.

And now, my little bug, you there – take a look at the world you live in.

Do our communities still exist?

Is a family dinner, where everyone exchanges a single sentence thrown out carelessly, while the rest of the time is consumed by a phone and meaningless videos from people who mean nothing to them, still a community?

People who are stealing the treasure of this very moment.

Do we still feel like a community at work or on our way there?
I have the impression that it’s quite the opposite – the classic rat race has turned into a rat war.

It has morphed into a sick competition, where you must be the best, and your social media video must collect as many hearts as possible.

But what is it, really?
Just a single line of code. That’s all.

It can disappear at any moment.

And poof.

Nothing. Just emptiness.

I thank God that I haven’t fallen into this stagnation and self-destruction – and I don’t recommend it to you either.
Life is beautiful in its realism – you just need to open your eyes.

I recommend opening them wide!

Why?

I will never again wander through the produce aisle, searching for fresh turmeric with the face of a lost puppy, disappointed because I couldn’t find it.

That must be a funny sight – me walking in circles, looking at ginger for the hundredth time, hoping for a miracle that suddenly, next to it, a package of organic turmeric will materialize.

And not even organic!
Just any turmeric! And not a package – just one tiny rhizome.

And so, this guy keeps walking in circles.
Talking to himself (because he likes discussing things with someone intelligent).
Slightly confused, slightly red-faced, in a jacket that’s too big…

He smiles at the ginger and says:
"You've already been here! This store is not infinite – if you make a loop and return to the same place, turmeric will not suddenly grow there!"

It’s not just a comical scene, but rather something fundamentally amusing in its essence.

This guy (me) smiles at himself.
And you can smile at yourself too – or better yet, at him!
You’ll see how contagious it is.

Let’s build a community

A smile, optimism, and kindness – but also, unfortunately, hatred, fear, and evil – work like a virus.

Just a small seed is enough, and it spreads through an entire home, neighborhood, city, country, and the world.

That’s how it works.

The world is, unfortunately, filled with negativity.
That’s just how we’re built.

And in today’s world? We’re programmed.
By news, negative looks, and a lack of smiles.

It’s time to fight this virus.
And in its place, implement a new one:

S-MILE 20.25 – its working name.

This virus can escape from your home today!

Let it spread.

Awaken the knight!

Imagine yourself as a knight.

For now, without armor, riding on your beloved donkey.

Start your adventure of self-development so you can equip yourself and eventually ride the most magnificent steed in the world!

Your weapons are:

  • Ambition
  • Optimism
  • A smile

Spread the virus.
Attack people with smiles!

And your armor will become stronger, piece by piece, while your donkey, Farty, will start gaining muscle.

This armor will give you an advantage in every situation.

In building community.
In building daily relationships.
In building a positive YOU.

At work, at school, in the checkout line, and on the ski slopes.

Let’s fight with smiles. Let’s build communities, not walls.

What’s the best part?

It’s completely free.
And the only thing it can bring – is positive results.

So why aren’t people using it?
Why aren’t they building their armor, so they can use it in difficult moments when facing an unaware, uninfected-by-S-MILE-20.25 person?

Have you ever smiled at someone and gotten punched in the face for it?
Probably not.

(Unless we’re talking about extreme cases – drunk or high people – in which case, anything can happen.

If you hear “What the hell are you smiling at?”, just walk awayLet the poor soul deal with their own misery. You can’t save the entire world. Get back on your donkey and keep going!)

Smile like a fool at cheese – it’s contagious and it builds.

Smile at your loved ones.
Smile at strangers.

Give people a dose of heart and love.

Let them pass on the S-MILE 20.25 virus – let it spread into the world and heal people!

Sunday – REVIEW DAY

I will do a quick REVIEW on paper, but I will be doing it all day in my mind.

  • What did I do well?
  • What did I do poorly?
  • Were my goals too ambitious, or maybe not enough?

These will be my thoughts today.

And today, I will also reward myself.

I deserve it.

Even though I haven’t yet reached my weight goal (I don’t weigh 97 kg, but 97.6 kg),
I know the path is right, and I am following it with all my strength.

My RED CARD hasn’t received a drop of ink this week.

A reward is well-deserved – just like you earning a piece of armor for every smile you share today!

I’m going to the sauna.
I haven’t been in a while, and I like it.

Simple.

My blogs from this week:

Monday: Reward Mechanism – HMF
Tuesday: Habits 2
Wednesday: Habits, Motivation, Action
Thursday: Strong Foundation
Friday: Hurry Slowly – DailyInspire
Saturday: Coconut Oil – Superfood Benefits

Sunday: Smile, please! 😊

See you tomorrow. Reflect on your week today – and take it easy with a smile on your face! 😃

MOTTO:

Spread the virus of smiling! 😃
