"Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm." - Winston Churchill

Do not give up.

Even when your body says "stop"

Today, I had the perfect excuse to give up. My internal alarm clock—the one that always works—failed. I woke up late, exhausted, drained of energy. Maybe it was because of Fastnacht and the drums that kept me awake? Or maybe because I was alone in the kitchen until 10:30 PM yesterday, and my body simply rebelled? Perhaps one, perhaps the other. Or maybe just plain exhaustion.

But it didn’t matter. I was on the verge of giving up. No strength, no motivation. Everything inside me was saying: “Let it go. Just for today, nothing bad will happen.”

And that was precisely why I had to do the opposite. I forced myself. I got up. I exercised.

Because if I allow myself an excuse once, I will do it again.

Tuesday – A Day for Reflection

Today, I will think about what needs to be improved in my schedule. Because, even though I try to stick to it, it is still a mess. A very disorganized mess. Too many things happening at once, too much rushing, catching up, racing against time.

And time does not wait. In four months, my company launches. This cannot be improvisation.

What needs to be done?

  • Full-time job – 43.5 hours per week. A lot, but manageable.
  • Time for the business – 2 hours per day on weekdays, 4 hours on days off. Minimum.
  • DailyInspire blog – A maximum of one A4 page, one post on social media, and a newsletter. That alone is at least 2 hours of work.
  • The plan is clear – By May 1, 2025, the online store must be finished. Then, two months of marketing to launch on time, without delays, without improvisation, with a solid plan.

There is no other option. I must watch every minute and adjust my schedule to fit the business plan. Each day is one step forward. There is no room for escape, no place for "I'll do it tomorrow."

Time is running – action is required

Days like today are important. They teach that discipline is key. Even when your body says "give up," you must do what needs to be done.

As Bruce Lee said:
"If you spend too much time thinking about something, you will never get it done."

This applies perfectly to habits and their execution. However, in everyday life and long-term goals, it is quite the opposite. As Kacper from DailyInspire.ch once told himself:

"Focus on the goal, concentrate on the plan. Well-planned and well-thought-out tasks require no further analysis—just execute them within the designated time."

Motto:

I do not think about a scheduled task. I act.
