01 / Your deliberate start to the year

## A new year. A more deliberate version of you.

You want to begin the year with motivation, a clearer perspective and a more constructive outlook. Set aside ten days to return to your own questions. Everyday demands can wait. Arrive, put your devices away and give your thoughts time.

NULLRAUSCHEN combines rest for body and mind with practical work on everyday life. Eat slowly, move, listen to short talks and put them into practice on paper. Turn an intention into an action, then into a practice you can continue after returning home.

### Room to think

One thing at a time. Practise directing your attention while eating, walking and writing, and returning after distraction.

### Time for your body

Regular meals, gentle movement, breaks and free time. Sauna, banya, cold bathing and massages complement the course for those who choose them and for whom they are suitable.

### Direction for your actions

Decide what matters, practise using the planner and develop a realistic next step for your own life.

> “Silence is golden.
> There is strength in simplicity.”
>
> The NULLRAUSCHEN motto

02 / Who this time is for

## You want to change something. Give the beginning some space.

### You carry responsibility.

Work, family or your business fill your day. Review your priorities and decide how you want to be available to others.

### You know your intentions.

You want to move more, work with greater focus or finally begin a task. Translate that intention into small, concrete repetitions.

### You are ready for silence.

Let go of small talk, news and digital entertainment for this period. You need no prior experience; curiosity and willingness to take part are enough to begin.

The course is for adults who choose the shared agreements and time with themselves. Personal support remains accessible; silence does not mean being left alone with a concern.

03 / DailyInspire in practice

## Life is a game. Learn to choose your next move.

You are both player and referee. Choose your direction, set understandable rules and look honestly at your score. A good move is an action that fits your life. Measure progress against your own commitments.

### H · Health

How do you care for your body and mind? Work with movement, rest, meals and deliberate attention. Translate your aim into a concrete action in the planner.

### M · Motivation

What do you want to act for? Clarify your personal reason and break a task down until you can begin. Your plan gives you a next step on ordinary days too.

### F · Foundation

What supports your life? Review your values, relationships, commitments and use of resources. Turn those reflections into everyday priorities and boundaries.

HMF means Health, Motivation and Foundation. In German, the same method is called GMF: Gesundheit, Motivation, Fundament.

### Turn the method into your daily practice

1. Choose a direction. Choose one focus. Let your goals fit your stage of life and what is possible for you.
2. Write down your next move. Use the planner’s five task fields deliberately and assign tasks to H, M or F. Break a larger task into small steps.
3. Start small and repeat. The guiding idea “1% better every day” reminds you to take a small next step. It is a metaphor for steady development, not a measurable promise about your body or life.
4. Record your progress honestly. Make completed tasks visible. Put unfinished tasks on the “red card” for review. Examine the action and its obstacles; your personal worth is not being scored.
5. Review, adapt and continue. At the weekly review, decide what to complete, reduce or remove. After a missed day, begin again with a manageable action.

Example: your habit for the start of the year

### After breakfast. Planner open. One clear step.

Cue: your breakfast cup is on the table. Action: open the planner and write down your most important task. Minimum version: one sentence. Review: on Sunday, look at which days worked and what got in the way. Try the sequence during the course, then adapt it to your mornings at home.

Explore the DailyInspire method →

04 / Simple. Deliberate.

## Ten days without screens. Time to return to yourself.

Silence runs through the stay after the introduction: at meals, on walks and during free time. You do not need to explain yourself or keep a conversation going. The shared practice is simple: listen, observe, write and do one thing at a time.

### Phones and laptops stay off.

Including in your room and in free time. This includes tablets, smartwatches, social media, news, streaming and television. Paper, a book and your planner are welcome.

### Listen. Write. Practise.

Facilitators speak during talks and guide meditations. You do not have to share private stories with the group. Routine questions can be written down.

### Help stays accessible.

You can discuss a personal concern with the team at any time. An emergency contact route will be arranged for family. Secure device storage and the exact process will be explained before booking.

You choose this break voluntarily and may ask for your devices back. Medically necessary devices remain accessible. If silence becomes difficult, speak with the team.

05 / Your setting

## Liguria in January. A room of your own.

Proposed venue: Hotel Moresco, Diano Marina

The course concept includes a private room for each participant and exclusive use of the property. Your own space gives you room to read, write and rest between shared sessions.

We want meals, rest and the course programme to come together in one place. The organisation section brings together the current status of the arrangements.

1. 01Arrive. Put the noise aside. From 3 pm, settle into your private room. The introduction explains the schedule, the silence agreement and how to reach the team. Arrange your emergency contact at home and switch off your phone, laptop and smartwatch. The quiet period begins after dinner. In your planner, write why you came and what you want to understand more clearly.Your entry: one personal intention for these ten days.
2. 02Take an honest look.Take stock of health, motivation and foundation. What works well? What takes your time and energy? Which commitments are truly yours? The two talks help you separate observation from judgement. Let the questions settle during a walk, then organise your thoughts on paper.Your entry: your starting point and one priority.
3. 03Give your body a rhythm.Regular meals, gentle movement, rest and an evening without screens give the day its structure. Notice which routines are missing at home. A scheduled sauna, banya or massage can be part of the day; resting is equally welcome. Draft a simple morning and evening routine in your planner.Your entry: two small routines that fit everyday life.
4. 04Practise paying attention.Practise staying with one thing while walking, eating, listening or writing. When your mind wanders, notice it and return to the task. Record the urge to check your phone without immediately acting on it. Dedicate one quiet work period entirely to your chosen topic.Your entry: your three most common distractions and practical boundaries.
5. 05Choose a direction.Work on one decision you have been postponing. Write down options, consequences and unanswered questions. What matters to you? What can you influence? What information is missing? You do not have to force a major life decision. A clearly defined next step towards clarity is a useful outcome too.Your entry: a decision or a next step towards clarity, with a date.
6. 06Turn motivation into action.Practise using the DailyInspire Planner day page: up to five concrete tasks assigned to the HMF areas, with one larger task broken into small steps. Describe actions you can recognise as complete in the evening. Give your energy a direction and your intention a place in the day.Your entry: a completed daily plan with manageable tasks.
7. 07Begin one habit.Choose one habit that supports your direction. Define a cue, a small action and a minimum version for difficult days. Try it during the course and record what makes starting easier. For example: after breakfast, open your planner and write down the most important task.Your entry: a personal habit plan with a cue and a minimum version.
8. 08Plan your next 90 days.Turn your notes into a manageable plan. Choose one focus, define steps for the first month and schedule your first week. Make room by identifying what you will stop doing or do less often. The 90 days are your practice period after the retreat.Your entry: a 90-day focus and a clearly scheduled first week.
9. 09Prepare for real life.Test your plan against an ordinary Monday: work, family, commitments and limited time. What will you do if you miss a day? What is the smallest useful action you can keep? Practise the weekly review and write your rules for availability, screen time and deliberate breaks.Your entry: an obstacle plan and a date for your first weekly review.
10. 10Leave with a first step. After breakfast, look back over the ten days. Read your first entry again and record what you want to continue. Return to your phone and everyday life deliberately. Departure is by 10:30 am. Your planner goes home with you, with your first step and its date already written down.Your entry: your first action after returning home.

07 / A day you can picture

## This is what your day in January could look like.

Wake up with no immediate need to reply to anyone. Your phone stays off. Ahead lie good food, movement, silence and time to think a question through. Here is an example of a full course day.

Example of a full course day. Times adapt to weather and group allocation. Wellness remains optional. Arrival and departure days follow the shorter programme above.

[Download the sample day graphic ↓](https://dailyinspire.ch/assets/retreat/sample-day-en.svg?v=1793204586)

07:00

Ease into the day

Water or tea, a quiet moment by the window. Begin the morning without news or the first glance at your phone.

07:15

Cold bathing — only if you choose

A supervised small group uses the pool after suitability screening and a briefing. You can walk, rest or stay in your room instead. Afterwards, allow time to change and warm up.

08:00

Gentle movement and meditation

Simple movements followed by a short guided meditation. Bring attention to the present and choose a comfortable posture.

08:30

Breakfast in silence

Bread, eggs, yoghurt or a plant-based alternative, fruit, nuts and cheese. Take your time eating. Nobody expects conversation.

09:30

First talk: one idea, one exercise

Example topic: how can I turn an intention into a small next step? After the talk, write your own answer directly in the planner.

10:30

Quiet work time

Work on your task: organise a decision, describe a habit or plan next week. One topic. Paper. Time without interruption.

11:30

Walk or free time

Walk at your own pace, read or rest. The schedule stays deliberately open. A quiet moment does not need to be filled with another task.

12:30

Mediterranean lunch

For example, pumpkin risotto with salad or soup with bread and cheese. Water, tea and a rest afterwards are part of the daily rhythm.

13:30

Solitude and rest

Time in your own room, a book, a short nap or quiet sitting. Make room for your own rhythm.

14:30

Sauna, banya or a massage appointment

Optional activities in small groups or by individual appointment. The two massages are spread across the stay. You may also keep this time free.

16:00

Walk and observe

A shared silent walk or walking meditation. Practise noticing your surroundings without photographing or commenting on them.

17:30

Second talk: prepare for everyday life

Explore the day’s theme further and review your notes. What can you realistically do? What is too ambitious? What is your next workable step?

19:00

An unhurried dinner

For example, regional fish with vegetables and potatoes, or a plant-based alternative. Phones stay off and the table remains a quiet space.

20:00

Your daily review

Mark completed actions in your planner, note obstacles and prepare the next day. A short meditation or quiet reading closes the evening.

21:30

Quiet hours

Shared quiet hours begin. No screens and no last email. Ease into the night in your own room.

08 / Rest is part of it

## Body and mind. This time belongs to both.

The course concept includes sauna, banya, cold bathing in the pool, two massages and guided meditation. Choose deliberately what suits you. Warmth, water and massage are options within the programme; rest is equally welcome.

### Sauna

Quiet sessions in small groups, with breaks and time to yourself. You choose whether to take part. There is no prescribed sequence between sauna and cold water.

### Banya

An additional heat experience in the course concept: guided small groups, deliberate breaks and time to rest afterwards. Join in or keep this time for yourself.

### Cold bathing in the pool

For interested participants after suitability screening and a briefing, under qualified supervision. You have nothing to prove and can decline at any time. Rest or a walk is a complete alternative.

### Two 50-minute massages

Two personal appointments during your stay are part of the package concept. Treatment and suitability will be agreed with qualified practitioners. Massages remain optional too.

### Meditation and walking meditation

Short guided sessions in which you focus on one thing and return when distracted. You may change posture, keep your eyes open and take a break.

### Free time and solitude

A room of your own, quiet walks, reading and time without a task. You do not need to fill every slot. Free hours are a deliberate part of the course structure.

Heat and cold activities require personal suitability, appropriate facilities and qualified supervision. During cold bathing, keep the head and neck out of the water; no breath-holding or solo exercises. The qualified team determines temperature and duration.

09 / Mediterranean food

## Eat well. Take your time.

Vegetables, pulses, olive oil, cheese, fruit, locally landed fish and seafood shape the planned kitchen. Simple dishes, three regular meals and time to enjoy them.

### Each morning

Bread, oats, natural yoghurt or a plant-based alternative, nuts, eggs and fruit such as citrus, apples and kiwi. A changing cheese selection from Liguria and northern Italy. Water, tea and coffee are planned as part of the meal package.

### Thoughtfully planned

Regional and seasonal where available. Organic ingredients where possible, without a blanket organic claim. Fish species depend on catch and sourcing. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives will be agreed with the kitchen in advance.

Your host & the idea behind it

## Kacper. Entrepreneur. Founder. HMF creator.

I am an entrepreneur with many years of experience and the founder of DailyInspire. I created the HMF method to translate health, motivation and foundation into concrete daily actions.

My role in NULLRAUSCHEN is to develop the course concept, content and planner exercises. At its heart is a practical question: how do you turn what matters to you into a step you can actually take today?

More about me and DailyInspire →

### How your support is being designed

Silence needs dependable support. Our support concept therefore gives each role a clear purpose.

#### Course & exercises

An introduction to silence, clear talks and guided HMF and planner work. The confirmed course leaders will be introduced before booking opens.

#### On-site contacts

Help with the schedule, practical questions and personal concerns. The plan includes a clear way to reach the team and an emergency contact for family.

#### Wellness professionals

Massage, heat and cold activities are being organised with appropriately qualified professionals. Suitability, briefings and breaks are part of the plan.

You can speak to the team in person. The silence agreement never prevents you from asking for help.

Transparent from the start

12 / Good to know

## The important questions. Clear answers.

What is NULLRAUSCHEN?

+

NULLRAUSCHEN is DailyInspire’s ten-day course concept for a deliberate start to the year: silence, digital detox, meditation, movement, Mediterranean meals and daily planner work. Practise the HMF method and develop a personal plan for life afterwards. The first edition is planned for January 2028 in Liguria; teaching is in German.

Can I book a place yet?

+

We currently accept non-binding enquiries for the three January 2028 dates. The planned price is CHF 5,555 per person. The hotel contract, winter operation, wellness arrangements and team will be confirmed before bookings open. You will then receive the complete offer, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms. An enquiry today is free and does not reserve a place.

What does silence mean during the course?

+

After the introduction, participants remain silent with each other, including at meals and on walks. You listen to talks and guided meditations. Routine questions can be written down. Personal concerns, conversations with the team and emergencies can be addressed at any time. Silence is a shared practice; asking for help always comes first.

Does the phone-free rule include free time?

+

Yes. The course is designed around a continuous break from phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, social media and news, including in your room and during free time. Books and paper are welcome. Secure device storage and an emergency contact for family will be explained before booking. You keep control over your devices and may ask for them back. Medically necessary devices remain accessible.

Are cold bathing, sauna and banya compulsory?

+

No. Cold bathing in the pool, sauna, banya and massages are optional parts of the course concept. You may skip any session. Heat and cold activities depend on personal suitability and organised supervision. Resting, walking or quiet writing are equally valid alternatives. There are no endurance challenges, time targets or pressure from the group.

Do I need meditation or method experience?

+

No. Short meditations and planner exercises are guided. You explore health, motivation and foundation through your own everyday life. You do not need to be particularly athletic or sit motionless for long periods. Choose a suitable posture and take breaks. What matters is your willingness to engage with silence and honest work on paper.

Will an exercise become an automatic habit in ten days?

+

That cannot be promised. During the course, choose and practise a suitable action, define its cue and plan how to handle obstacles. Continue practising in your own everyday life afterwards. The 90-day plan provides a framework; it does not guarantee that a habit becomes automatic after a fixed number of days.

What do I take home besides the planner?

+

Work towards a personal review, one focus for the next 90 days, a habit plan, a scheduled first week and rules for your availability. Set a date for your weekly review. These are concrete course work goals; what happens afterwards depends on your circumstances and follow-through.

Will I have my own room?

+

Yes, the course concept provides a room for each participant’s sole use. Each cohort has up to 40 participants. Hotel Moresco is the proposed exclusive venue. Room categories and confirmed availability will be described in the final offer.

How will dietary requirements and allergies be handled?

+

Three meals are planned on full course days, with vegetables, pulses, cheese, regional fish and seafood, plus vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The published menu is a draft. Allergens and possible cross-contact will be clarified with the kitchen before a binding commitment. Do not include health information in the initial enquiry form.

Is the reset medical treatment?

+

No. Here, “reset” means a deliberate break from everyday life and work on routines and personal goals. The retreat is an educational and reflective programme and does not replace medical care or psychotherapy. Discuss participation with a qualified professional beforehand if you have health concerns.

How should I plan my travel?

+

The proposed venue is Hotel Moresco, Via Sant’Elmo 21–25, Diano Marina, Italy. Planned check-in is from 3 pm on day one, with departure by 10:30 am on day ten. Arrange your own travel; transfers are not included in the planned price. Confirmed arrival information will accompany the final offer. Wait before booking non-refundable tickets.
