"Your body is a temple, not a trash bin. Nourish it wisely, and it will lead you to success." – Jim Rohn

Organism as a Corporation

Do you know what it's like to be the CEO of a vast and complex corporation?

Of course, you do—because you are one!

Today, and with this blog, I want to dedicate some time to this thought—to encourage you to realize, every day but especially today, that you are the boss.
You are the CEO and chief overseer of one of the most important corporations—an organization where millions of employees work around the clock. A corporation where hundreds of thousands of decisions are made daily by your workforce, along with dozens of conscious executive decisions made by a single supervisory board—you!

Each of these decisions is either an investment in growth or a slow bankruptcy.

And what corporation are we talking about?
Your body and mind.
A company dedicated to managing your organism and, in simple terms, your well-being.

For those who believe, there is still one higher authority above the CEO—God. But that is an entirely different matter. He may own 100% of the shares in this company, yet you remain its CEO and manager. And whether in ownership or leadership, your role stays the same—to show the best intentions and the strongest management skills.

What is this company?

Let’s call it “I and I Corp.” Yes, that’s you—your body and soul.

What is the purpose of I&I Corp?

Its primary mission is survival. (A rather ambitious goal—but that’s why this company was created!)

Do we have competition?

Yes, and it’s fierce—about 8.1 billion corporations in the world are engaged in practically the same thing.

What makes us different from the competition?

I&I Corp. aims to do it like a true professional—always one step ahead. This company is here to demonstrate, through daily actions, how to live life in the best possible way at any given moment.

Yes, we set trends through innovation while learning from the past—the wisdom of those who came before us.

Now, the question is: How will you manage your corporation today?

What is the foundation of our success?

Our success is built on the implementation of the innovative HMF method and the "Game of Life", following the 1% better every day rule in one area of our operation. This allows us to gain a small advantage over the competition every single day.

We will win!

Organizational Questions

1. What are the key departments in our I&I Corp.?

Every well-managed company consists of specialized departments. Within our internal organization, we can distinguish:

  • Production Department – our body, which processes energy, regenerates, and maintains efficiency.
  • HR Department – emotions, mental well-being, and social relationships that influence our functioning.
  • Research & Development Department – our ability to learn, adapt, and grow.
  • Marketing Department – how we present ourselves, our appearance, and how we communicate with the world.
  • Finance Department – managing energy and resources, both physical (nutrition, sleep) and financial (money and investments in self-improvement).

2. What mistakes do the worst CEOs of their companies make?

  • Neglecting employees – lack of sleep, poor nutrition, no physical activity.
  • Lack of long-term strategy – living without purpose, no personal development.
  • Overexpansion without resources – overworking and burnout.
  • Ignoring reports and analysis – failing to reflect on health and well-being.
  • Hiring the wrong “employees” – toxic habits, negative thoughts, unhealthy environment.

3. How to be a better CEO of your own company?

  • Regular “board meetings” – taking time for reflection, planning, and evaluating progress.
  • Investing in development – continuous learning, mental training, skill-building.
  • Taking care of employees – prioritizing quality sleep, proper nutrition, and physical activity.
  • Following the 1% better every day rule – small, consistent improvements lead to significant results.

4. How does applying the HMF method impact our company’s success?

The HMF method (Health, Motivation, Fundamentals) ensures balanced growth:

  • Health – the foundation of longevity and effectiveness.
  • Motivation – the driving force that enables change.
  • Fundamentals – values, relationships, and stability that provide balance.

Motto for Today:

You are the CEO of the most important company in the world – your own life!

Health Aspect:

Your company operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no breaks, no vacations. Every decision you make affects its performance. And one of the most crucial departments in your corporation is resource logistics—in other words, what you feed your body.

Think about it. Would the CEO of a world-class company purchase the cheapest, most worthless materials to produce their best products? Of course not. So why would you treat your body any differently?

Every meal is an investment. You either extend your life or shorten it. You either fuel yourself with energy or overload your system with unnecessary weight that slows the entire company down. Your stomach is not a trash can, and your body is not a low-cost mass production unit—it’s a precision machine that requires the best ingredients to perform at the highest level.

So, think twice about that next cookie. What does it contribute to your company? What competitive advantage does it give you? Is it truly an investment in your growth, or just an unnecessary expense draining your energy budget?

You have a choice. You can run a company that operates on low-quality fuel, overworked, exhausted, and on the brink of collapse. Or you can manage like a visionary—choosing smart nutritional strategies that provide strength, mental clarity, and a competitive edge over the rest.

Survival is the goal of every company. But your company has the potential not just to survive, but to thrive. And it all starts with the decision you make right now—on your plate.

Final Thoughts – Time for Action!

That’s it for today. Something to think about. Something to act on.
The topic of entrepreneurship is close to my heart—that’s why I use this example. Let’s be professional CEOs of our own lives!

I’m still learning how to be one, even after years of both scientific and professional experience. But learning never stops, and that’s exactly why I’m seeing results.

Yes. 99.9 kg from 117 kg—a reason to be proud and proof that my company is heading in the right direction.

And what about your I&I Corp.? When will it go public?

Wishing you a wonderful day, filled with love and success!
