Vinegar, Water and More...

Welcome to this beautiful and newest day of your life!
Did you know that this day still has many hours that you can fill with whatever you want?
Did you know that it’s up to you how this day will turn out?
I know that it will be the best day of my life. Unfortunately, only until tomorrow.

We are in the mode of weight loss and exercise. In the Healthy mode, which, according to the HMF method, we always start with. Healthy means a healthy body, but also a healthy mind. Body and Mind.
I never forget to connect these two aspects because they are simply inseparable.
That’s why today, two short but powerful points:

Point 1: Every morning – vinegar, oil, and water!

Ooooooooo, how delicious it is, right? No, unfortunately, in the beginning, it doesn’t taste great, especially in the morning when our taste buds are used to sweet flavors (sweetened coffee, tea, a snack) or salty ones (breakfast… breakfast… yes, breakfast like scrambled eggs with avocado. Mhm...).

For the past several days, I have been drinking a mixture (also called by some monks the "Elixir DailyInspire") immediately after waking up, shaking off my morning drowsiness:
I mix the best quality apple cider vinegar with olive oil and lukewarm water.

Proportions?
By eye, because simplicity is power 😊
I just make sure that the vinegar and oil are about one tablespoon each.
How much water? Until the glass is full—otherwise, it will spill, and you will become a vinegar-oil-smelling disaster.

Why do I drink it?
Sorry, this will be a bit "scientific," although I must emphasize—I am not a gut scientist, nor a nutrition-diet-metabolism expert.
I simply share what I use and what works for me, because you can feel it, and these are proven facts:

1. Better Absorption of Vitamins and Antioxidants

Fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E, and K require healthy fats to be effectively absorbed. Olive oil plays a key role here—it helps the body better absorb these valuable nutrients.
Apple cider vinegar regulates stomach pH, improving the absorption of vitamins from food.

This is especially important for vitamin D, deficiencies of which are common, particularly in autumn and winter. Supporting its absorption from the morning can positively affect immunity, bone health, and overall body condition.

Let’s help people find it. Let’s turn their grumpy faces into smiles—let’s give them a piece of love.
