"Each day is a little life, every waking a little birth, every fresh morning a little youth." – Arthur Schopenhauer
I greet You in the most delicious way possible. Saying that I’ve returned from a long journey would be an understatement. I completely disconnected—my body needed to recharge, rest, and restore its energy for the next challenges and daily adventures. Just like in today’s quote: every day is a little rebirth! That’s exactly how I feel today, and I hope you do too! We are reborn every single day. And I am ready!
It’s worth looking at life from the perspective of our future. We all have one, and we all make mistakes, stumble, and sometimes slightly veer off track. That’s what it means to be human—imperfect and non-robotic. And that’s a good thing! This is how we were created—by God, by nature, or whatever you choose to believe. Accept it, or you’ll develop a fear of the world, and that will be all you gain from it! You can’t cheat nature. You can’t cheat yourself.
But if we start viewing life as a fresh start each day, as an opportunity to build a new version of ourselves, we can begin anew. We rise from our knees. We get out of bed (with the right foot first, of course). We rise!
Many religions emphasize redemption, repentance, and transformation. That’s the core and the secret of it all. A reborn person is a transformed person.
Today is our little rebirth—so start your transformation from the morning (preferably with my HMF method, which I highly recommend). Leave the past behind—you can’t change it. Learn from it, avoid repeating mistakes, and seek goodness. Seek love. Love for others and love for yourself.
One way to show love to yourself is through the way you nourish your body. This is directly linked to health, and today is Health Day in my calendar—so let’s get started!
Can you improve heart health, support digestion, care for your skin, and regulate blood sugar levels—all by eating just one simple food? Yes! The answer is flaxseeds—tiny brown or golden seeds packed with an incredible wealth of nutrients.
Flaxseeds have been valued since ancient times. Hippocrates mentioned them as a natural remedy for digestive health, and in ancient Egypt, flaxseeds were widely used in both medicine and cosmetics. Today, science confirms that these small seeds are one of the healthiest additions to any diet.
Flaxseeds are packed with essential nutrients, making them a true superfood. They contain:

Flaxseeds offer numerous health benefits, making them a great addition to any diet. Let’s explore their impact on well-being!
1. Supports Heart Health and Lowers Cholesterol
Flaxseeds are one of the best plant-based sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which supports cardiovascular health. Regular consumption of flaxseeds can help:
2. Regulates Blood Sugar Levels
Thanks to its high fiber content, flaxseeds can help stabilize blood sugar levels. Studies have shown that consuming 10-20g of ground flaxseeds daily can reduce glucose levels by up to 20%, which is particularly beneficial for those with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
3. Supports Gut Health
The fiber in flaxseeds acts as a natural "cleanser" for the intestines. It helps regulate bowel movements, relieves constipation, and supports gut microbiota. Interestingly, when soaked, flaxseeds develop a gel-like consistency that protects the stomach lining.
4. Anti-Inflammatory and Immune-Boosting Effects
Flaxseeds contain lignans and Omega-3 fatty acids, both of which have strong anti-inflammatory properties. Regular consumption can help reduce inflammation in the body, which is crucial for overall health.
5. Improves Skin and Hair Health
The fatty acids in flaxseeds help hydrate the skin, reduce dryness, and soothe irritation. Studies show that supplementing with flaxseed oil can improve skin hydration and reduce roughness within just 12 weeks.
Are There Any Precautions?
Flaxseeds are generally safe, but excessive consumption may cause bloating or digestive discomfort. People taking blood-thinning medications should consult a doctor before adding flaxseeds to their diet, as they contain compounds that can affect blood clotting.
Flaxseeds are one of the best superfoods to include in your daily diet. They promote heart health, regulate blood sugar, support digestion, and have anti-inflammatory benefits. It’s a natural way to improve health without expensive supplements.
If you haven't tried them yet, now is the time! Add two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds to your morning oatmeal or yogurt and see how positively they impact your well-being and health.
