"A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him." – David Brinkley
Good morning, guten Morgen, Bonjour…
Wake up! A new day, a new birth. Time for new challenges and yet another subtle improvement in line with the 1% daily improvement rule and the HMF method, which has not failed me so far.
Wake up once again!
Take a deep breath. Yes, right now.
Because today we are talking about something big. No, not the breakfast of champions (although that is important too). We are talking about F O U N D A T I O N.
About what the entire GMF method stands on. About what makes each day not a random chaos but a conscious step forward.
This is more than just a simple base. It’s a pillar that gives you stability and strength, so you can become a better version of yourself every single day. It's not about surviving—it’s about really living.
The Rules of the Game can be found here:
Take advantage—it’s free 😉
The foundation consists of three elements that together form the base for your growth:
Three pillars that remind me of solid building foundations – formwork, reinforcement, and concrete. Remove one? The whole structure starts to collapse.
Let’s take a closer look.
There is no life without air. No strength without health. And no true success without family.
In family, there is strength. Family is irreplaceable. Your closest family is what must be cherished, lifted onto a pedestal.
It’s not about always being perfect. Family is not a Disney fairytale. It is a bond that withstands the toughest storms. It is the people who are there for you, even when you make the biggest mistakes. They don’t ask if it’s worth helping you—they just do.
Now stop and ask yourself:
Because if not, it’s like having a beautiful house with luxury furnishings but no foundation. It may look impressive for a while, but sooner or later, it will crumble.
You don’t have to be religious. But you must believe in something. In yourself. In meaning. In the path you walk.
Because without faith? Everything starts to shake. Plans? Lose their strength. Motivation? Disappears at the first obstacle.
And that is precisely why Faith – Spirituality is a key element of my GMF method.
This is not just about religion. Spirituality is something bigger. It is the way you relate to your subconscious. It is the ability to see a deeper meaning in life. It is a system that helps you act consistently.
And interestingly—it’s not just my belief. Science says the same.
Faith and Spirituality – A Scientific Approach to the Power of the Mind
- A study by Duke University found that people who practice spirituality have greater mental resilience and are less likely to abandon their goals.
- Psychological experiments confirm that repeating affirmations and mantras increases perseverance by 20-30%.
- Harvard research shows that people who regularly practice gratitude are more motivated and productive.
This is not magic. These are the mechanisms of how the human brain works.
When you have a goal greater than yourself, it’s easier to survive tough times. Because you know that something more awaits you beyond them.
And here we come to another crucial aspect:
Don’t deceive yourself. If you say you want to change something—then act. Don’t run from excuses, don’t postpone for tomorrow.
Faith – Spirituality is a foundation that helps you follow through. It strengthens habits. It supports that inner dialogue that says: “You’ve got this, don’t give up.”
And now a question for you: Are you giving yourself a chance for this kind of strength?
Everyone needs financial stability. It gives you a clear mind for other goals.
Because what happens when you worry about money? Everything else ceases to matter. You can have the biggest dreams, but if your mind is preoccupied with whether you can pay your bills, you have no space for growth.
And that’s exactly why finances are a pillar of the foundation.
It’s not about chasing wealth. It’s about not having to worry about the basics.
And how does that look for me? I simply enjoy building capital. I love growing a business.
For me, it’s the perfect combination. Because when you’re having fun doing what you love, and at the same time, it brings you positive financial results—there’s no better way to hit the jackpot.
You have a goal, you have passion, you have results.
And you? Do you have control over your finances?
Are you acting strategically, or are you living paycheck to paycheck?
There is nothing wrong with that. But if you want to grow, you first need to take care of your financial foundation.
Financial freedom is mental freedom. And mental freedom? That’s the first step to achieving dreams.
Without health, you have no strength. Without motivation, you have no direction. But without a foundation—everything else is unstable.
Now a question for you: Which pillar of your foundation needs the most urgent repair?
Don’t postpone this.
Without a strong foundation—there is no real growth.
I’m jumping into the topic like a bucking mustang galloping across the prairie.
Yesterday’s Tasks and Habits
The phone slept peacefully in the bathroom today. It spent this beautiful night all alone on the little shelf. You know what? When I saw it in the morning, I let it sleep a little longer… It was so deeply immersed in its dreams that I didn’t want to wake it up.
And guess what? It neither exploded nor melted away from longing. It just lay there, exactly where I had left it.
And me?
I must admit—my hand still instinctively reaches for the phone next to the bed. My brain has it coded into that spot. But luckily, my little brain—you won’t find it there anymore. It liked the bathroom so much that it will stay there for many years to come!
Why? I explained it all in my blog:
I highly recommend it, and thank you. A good change (though it should ideally be introduced as a habit—I did it in a snap. There’s no point in overthinking—this requires radical action because it’s simply good. Undeniably good.)
Yesterday’s Tasks
Short and simple (strength lies in simplicity): I didn’t complete my goals 100%. I physically couldn’t manage it.
This is not an excuse, but the most undeniable truth—one of the principles of the HMF method is honesty with oneself. No honesty = say goodbye to any change, and therefore, say goodbye to a better life.
Enjoy your fast food, if that’s the path you choose!
But I? I am honest with myself, and even more so, I must be honest on this blog. Otherwise, this whole game would be questionable and would hold no real value.
So—yesterday’s shop development: maximum 5% instead of 10%.
I got stuck on a duplication issue in payments and could not remove the duplicate in any way. Additionally, I mapped out the entire product category scheme—which took quite a lot of time.
Second slip-up: I got too carried away writing the blog, and it definitely wasn’t the planned A4 page.
Today won’t be either, even though I swore it would be. I apologize. 😉
