Hello! I greet you as warmly as possible!
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." – Winston Churchill
It happened. My list is red. Tasks were not completed, exercises were left undone...
What a relief that it was a reflection day and not just another Monday – or worse, a Saturday 😉
I admit it – I didn't complete my tasks. But these tasks were deliberately set on a reflection day – meaning they were more like an old, abandoned train station bulletin board than a strict to-do list. Ufffff... I have an excuse. I would feel bad if I didn’t. I would feel like a caveman returning home without even a piece of mammoth, like a Wall Street wolf without even a small dose of heroin, like a diver without fins, like an actor without an audience, like... Ok, enough. That's exactly how I would feel.
But now, as always, I draw my lesson from it, because what would D.I. be without one?
“Let the reflection day be a day without tasks! Keep just 1% progress in anything!”
Why? Because even though I don’t have a huge guilty conscience (like a diabetic eating their tenth donut, like... oh, sorry), I still have the feeling that something was neglected, something left incomplete.
This feeling has built up in my mind ever since I introduced the GMF method into my life. Incredible! This means that my subconscious is beginning to crave what has been normal for the past few days. It’s starting to function and, perhaps... bring pleasure.
That’s how it should be! Keep it up, Kacper!
Besides, yesterday was simply beautiful, full of reflection and also some very pleasant surprises and experiences.
One of them was that I achieved one of my milestones in the field of Finance – I won the "battle" for a warehouse and office for my online store! There were many interested parties, but I was chosen. After a month of waiting for the verdict, I finally received the call – the owner confirmed his willingness to sign the lease. It’s not easy in Switzerland if a property is attractive and reasonably priced. But this one is perfect! Waiting patiently paid off.
It’s done – we are setting sail with our small boat, a simple trunk of a tree. First on a stream, but every river flows into the ocean. The boat is not "top", but my backpack is full of equipment – the GMF method and D.I. are with me.
And with this set, you don’t sink. Never!
Welcome aboard!
Wish me luck for today and remember today's motto:
The world is yours! (I always say it’s mine – highly recommended 😊)
