I only write here when it’s worth it. Short thoughts, clear impulses – from nutrition to simple common sense. One principle: there is power in simplicity.

“A human being doesn’t need more time – only more sense.”

How often do you think, “This time I’ve finally got it all figured out,” or “Now it will definitely work”?
And how often does it still not work out? Pretty often, right? We lie to ourselves. We escape.

You can overthink it endlessly, philosophize like a psychologist in a safe room,
or you can just answer the question honestly:
What really keeps me from reaching my goal or making a change?

There must be a reason.
Pick the most important one – and eliminate it from your life.

Do I find a balance that allows me to experience the multidimensional value of work and free time?
(If the word “multidimensionality” didn’t exist before, it does now.)

Example, not theory:

Goal: I want to succeed in the pastry business. Every café seems so cozy, so nice – the business looks fun and easy.
(Yes… gastronomy always looks pleasant from the customer’s side. Try standing behind the counter for a change.)

What must I do to reach it?
Work hard, learn to bake, write a business plan, open a bakery, spend twenty years inhaling flour and pushing myself physically and mentally.

Result: Happiness, pride, success.

So why doesn’t it work?
(Assuming you actually try.)

Quick self-check:
– I wake up at 10 a.m.
– I work in another field.
– I don’t even like pastries.
– After 6 p.m., all I want is Netflix or TikTok.

I’d eliminate everything at once, but let’s start with the biggest obstacle.
I don’t like pastries – well, that’s a sign. The goal itself is wrong.
But okay, let’s ignore that for now. Let’s look at waking up at 10 a.m.

If I want to bake, my habits must change.
Start the day at 6. Gradually.
But 10 a.m.? In this business? In any business?
If you want results – get to work! Knead the dough!

Result: You wake up earlier and act. No excuses.
Each obstacle you remove brings you closer to the goal.
Sooner than you think.
Period.

And now the real question:
Do I find balance that lets me feel the true value of my free time?

Because free time isn’t wasted time.
It’s the space where thoughts grow, decisions mature, and your mind starts to breathe again.
It’s your personal Freizeitgestaltung – the way you consciously shape rest and purpose.

For one person it’s a walk in the mountains, for another a quiet coffee at dawn.
Every such moment has its own Freizeitwert – a value you choose to give it.

It’s not about perfect Work-Life-Balance, but about a real Ausgleich zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit –
a balance where work builds you and rest doesn’t numb you.

Because when you live consciously, free time becomes your ally.
It teaches you to observe, to listen, to feel.

And that’s what I call the multidimensionality of life –
when work, rest, and growth are no longer separate chapters, but one well-written sentence.

Motto for today:

It’s not about having more time – it’s about making your time more meaningful.
