SecondsWelcome to this beautiful day, the fourth day of my journey through the undiscovered world of DailyInspire and my own GMF method.
Today is Tuesday, and for me, it is a day of reflection and contemplation.
This means that I am not following a classic action plan based on my goals, and I am not performing a set number of exercises or repetitions. Even a camel needs a moment in the savannah to regain strength and recharge its hump-shaped batteries.
"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you." — Anne Lamott
I, just like you, am like this camel – we need to recharge, give thanks, encourage ourselves (which is especially important at the beginning of any change when everything seems unrealistic, difficult, or discouraging), or reward ourselves for achieving our goals so far.
"The day of reflection is, therefore, nothing else but… reflection." - Kacper, Me
Definition of Reflection:
Reflection is a thought process involving the analysis, consideration, and evaluation of one's own experiences, thoughts, emotions, or the surrounding reality. It is a conscious contemplation of a specific situation, often leading to deeper understanding, drawing conclusions, and making more informed decisions in the future.
My Reflection Day Today:
Today, I will take some time to review my notes, tasks, and goals, which I have recorded both in my handwritten calendar and in the DailyInspire script.
Handwriting (preferably in a foreign language) is the foundation of the HMF method! THE FOUNDATION!
I will also review my exercises and my progress in their development (or perhaps regression?).
In other words: A brief analysis of the situation before another beautiful week in my life.
First Changes After Just a Few Days:
Now, after only a few days with DailyInspire and the HMF method, I can already feel that something is changing.
This "something" is my life. And this feeling is tangible. Believe in it!
My Conclusion on the HMF Method:
If this entire process and my transformation, which I have planned for months, looks like this, and if the daily principle of "1% better" in one of the HMF categories truly leads to a balanced, slow, yet highly consistent and patient change – then I am 100% in!
During my analysis (which I already started last night), I found a few areas for improvement, some inconsistencies, and small details that still need adjustment.
But that is exactly what this day is for – to correct small mistakes, because as we know, they are like a snowball: The longer they remain unresolved, the greater the consequences they carry.
A Clear Area for Improvement:
Over the last three days, I have been writing my goals too quickly and with too little focus!
Lesson for Next Week:
➡ More focus when writing my daily goals!
Have I achieved all my goals?
✔ Yes.
Do I deserve a reward?
✔ Yes.
My Reward:
An evening bath by candlelight, with fragrant salts and oils – accompanied by relaxing music.
It is going well, but it can be even better. More focus, more structure – and moving forward! Every day brings new opportunities, every small progress counts. If I improve by just 1% every day, I can achieve anything.
I stay on track, I stay consistent – and I know that this journey will take me exactly where I want to go.
There is no turning back – only forward!
