DailyInspire DailyInspire 2025

Welcome!

It’s February 1, 2025 – the year of change and awakening.

Today is the day! The big day in my life, the first day of a five-year transformation that will forever shift my life onto a new path. This won’t be an easy game filled with pleasant experiences and small challenges. Nor will it be a game I win every day – there will be failures, there will be doubt.

And yet, it is a game **worth playing.**

Why? Why dive into this dark world of uncertainty and challenges?

Because this game – like all games – has **only one goal: TO WIN!**

For too long (in my case, about 40 years – including infancy, when I had little say in anything), I let myself be carried by unknown currents and external forces, by things I had no control over.

That must change! And it changes today!

It’s time for a new phase. A phase where I decide who is the **Boss of my destiny** – with a capital B! From today onward, I take charge of my reality. YES!

I am starting the **game of life** with DailyInspire, following my own method: HMF (Health, Motivation, Foundations)!

What is the HMF method, and how will I use it?

(Consider me a free test subject for future generations – though I sincerely hope my five-year experiment has a happier ending than most lab rabbits. Sorry – I love digressions, and it’s entirely possible that these parenthetical asides will contain more words than the main content itself!)

This will all be documented in my daily struggles on DailyInspire – as well as on the pages about me and the game rules.

You can join the game at any time!

The simple rules of DailyInspire:

  • Daily blog at 6:00 AM – every day for five years, until February 1, 2030! Join in 😊
  • Short but meaningful – daily motivation, habit-building, strengthening foundations, and improving health. That’s HMF.
  • Daily tracking of your little test rabbit – me! A list of 5 tasks per day, plus reviewing yesterday’s results, and a list of 5 goals (daily, short-, mid-, and long-term and also the main goal), each introduced step by step. Step by step toward success.
  • Daily 1% improvement in one HMF area. Yes, 1% makes a massive difference – when compounded.

MOTTO: Simplicity is best!

Following this motto, I begin!

See you tomorrow and wish me luck! 😊
